Aak44 Terms and Conditions — Read Before Using the Platform

1 Introduction & Eligibility

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirements can be withdrawn.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply equally to all players when betting on aak44:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Odds displayed during a system error or technical issue may be incorrect — bets placed under such circumstances may be voided.
• In Sports Betting, live odds change rapidly once a match has started — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match is incomplete or does not finish within the scheduled time, bets may be voided or rescheduled.
• If an unusual betting pattern is identified, aak44 reserves the right to investigate the account and withhold payment.

8 Fair Play Policy

Aak44 is committed to ensuring fully fair and transparent gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bets.

• A single person placing bets from multiple accounts.

If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited. aak44 also reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
